What Does This Do

Update Spotless from 8.10.3 to 8.10.4 and clarify why GrEclipse remains pinned to 4.27.

Motivation

Adopt the Spotless patch release while preserving Spock table alignment and compact closure formatting. Keep google-java-format at 1.36.1 because 1.37.0 removes the Style.valueOf(String) API used by Spotless 8.10.4.

Additional Notes

Validation: ./gradlew spotlessCheck and ./gradlew spotlessApply both passed. The formatting pass produced no source changes.

Build-only change; no tracer runtime behavior changes. Correctness, performance, and technical-debt review found no issues.
